We believe communication is essential for any businesses working together, therefore we allocate our clients a dedicated client liaison person, giving you someone who knows you, your business and your requirements. Plus we have on site liaison folders, supervisors & area managers all ensuring and checking that a quality service is always given.

Health & Safety
ICS Cleaning strive to deliver the highest possible standard of health & safety for staff and clients expect and deserve. Standard practices include:
1 Site/contract specific risk assessments and method statements
2 Induction and refresher training for all staff
3 Regular health & safety audits using independent professional consultants
4 Safe chemical purchasing policy. Coshh assessments and training.
