quote work?

We currently deliver our cleaning
services across London, Essex, Kent, Middlesex and the South East
of England.
To get an instant quote all you need to do is fill our brief online quote
form with a brief outline of your cleaning requirements (less than
1 minute) and we will give you a instant quote, if this seems ok
let us know and we will send you a cleaning
specification detailing the cleaning tasks and the number of
cleaners/number of hours, if you are happy with this let us know
when you want to start (normally we can start immediately) just fill in our
online form here to get started.
What does the price include?

The price includes our
own superb cleaners who are recruited, employed, fully trained and
supported by us, (we never use agency
staff), holiday cover, cleaning materials, (using eco friendly
cleaning chemicals) equipment, full management,
supervision/quality controls and auditing and administration of
the contract. |

How do you ensure
high standards are maintained?

Our Director David Stiller having worked
for large cleaning contractors for many years knew that recruiting
the best cleaners and treating them well is absolutely key, plus
ICS employ a far higher manager/supervisor
to cleaning staff ratio than the industry standard. We have also
invested a great deal in recruiting and training good hardworking
reliable staff who can deliver the cleaning services our clients
expect. All of whom are led by our hands on Director, this investment in staff and training combined with our
rigorous quality
control audits means we deliver consistently high standards day
in day out.

Can you supply consumable items/recycling etc?
|
We supply, deliver and install all types of
consumable items, many of them are eco friendly and we are very
competitively priced. We can organise a hassle free recycling
service, clean your windows, deal with all your washroom
requirements, and any other requirements you may have. Many of
clients use us as a one stop service, because we make it easier, are cheaper and greener
than other suppliers.

What about heath and safety/employment law
regulations/Insurances?
|
We employ independent
Health and Safety and Law Employment consultants who inform and
monitor our company and it's procedures.
Standard practices include: Site/contract specific risk
assessments, induction
and refresher training for all staff, regular health and safety
audits using independent professional consultants. Coshh
assessments and training.
We are fully conversant with TUPE so
we can help guide you through a smooth transfer from your present
contractors. We are fully insured for both Employer & Public
Liability Insurances, please ask if you require copies.
