Ok we've seen it's pretty
brutal out there at the moment for
contract cleaners but what
can a cleaning company do to get through these times?
Firstly you need to see if you are carrying any excess fat, is your company bloated, is it really as lean and mean as it needs to be? Is everything run efficiently, have you cut down any unnecessary waste and reduced all the costs wherever possible?
You as a cleaning company are being pushed to reduce your prices or your client says he will go elsewhere, have you doe the same with your suppliers? Are you getting the best prices on your cleaning materials, are you getting the best price on your office products? If not, why not, it's tough out there so you need to get tough to survive.
Once you've established any weaknesses and reduced all costs wherever possible, what then?
