require a new manager - based in Ingatestone Essex. Monday to
Friday 8am - 5.30pm (approx)

As ICS has continued to grow, so has the number of clients, admin staff, cleaning managers, supervisors and cleaning staff.
We now need a key person to oversee, manage, organize and to deliver the high standards of cleaning services and customer services our clients expect.
Overall purpose of role:
On a day to day basis the Manager role includes ensuring that all our customer's cleaning contracts are running smoothly and will be accountable for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained. This will be achieved through effective management and leadership of our cleaning staff, Cleaning Managers and Supervisors and admin personnel.
We are looking for commercially focused, customer driven manager who has experience in fast-paced environments. Previous experience in customer service/commercial/operations/facilities management will make you the ideal candidate as will the ability to display a very hands on approach to customer service, motivating staff, organizing, managing and leading a great team to deliver high standards and to develop long term relationships with our clients.
You will need to be a highly motivated, ambitious and tenacious individual with a strong personality to further develop ICS. You will be a determined and results-orientated individual who can also provide commercial and strategic skills to ensure that customers service levels are achieved and exceeded. You will have a proven track record of managing a fast paced operation and possess sound interpersonal skills to interface directly with staff and clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience, PRP bonuses and excellent opportunities for the right person.
